AEROMYTH has become known as the top Aerosmith Tribute band worldwide! Performing all over the USA and International dates such as Mexico, Canada, Honduras, The Dominican Republic and El Salvador since 2002. Chris Vandahl does an amazing portrayal of Steven Tyler, including all of his dance moves, costumes, stage show and amazing recreation of Tyler's outrageous vocals!
Chris Vandahl is often mistaken for Steven Tyler, being stopped for photos and autographs in public places such as airports and malls etc. When Chris explains he is not, they just don’t believe it! Not only does AEROMYTH have an amazing Steven Tyler look alike, but all band members really look and sound like the Aerosmith band members they portray, plus we have an amazing Joe Perry look alike! All members, walk, talk, act, perform, and look like AEROSMITH.
In fact at a recent Aeromyth performance at the Key Club in Hollywood, Dave Navarro was quoted as saying, "I thought I was hearing an Aerosmith Album!"
Performing all of their greatest hits, from classic songs such as "Walk This Way," "Sweet Emotion," and "Toys," to more current hits like "Dude Looks Like A Lady," "Jaded" and "Don't Wanna Miss A Thing."
AEROMYTH performs at Concerts, Casinos, Festivals, Motorcycle Runs, Nightclubs, Private, Cruise Ships, Corporate and many other events worldwide. AEROMYTH performs regularly in Las Vegas, Palm Springs and California as well as nationwide.
In March 2010 AEROMYTH signed a contract for a pilot episode for a Reality TV show based on AEROMYTH and the lives of its members as well as everything that goes on behind the scenes!
AEROMYTH has been a headlining act for the last 2 years on Fremont Street on the Golden Nugget Casino stage for the last 2 years, 2008 and 2009 with record attendance of 30,000 plus people. They played the 2009 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally at the same time and right down the street from the famous Aerosmith performance when Steven Tyler fell of the stage! AEROMYTH has played many events over the years such as Summerfest in Milwaukee, WI, The Blackgold Motorcycle Rally, The Runammucca Motorcycle Rally, Ottawa Riverfest in Ottawa, IL, with attendance in the 5000 plus range, the last FM 97.1 Arrowfest at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater to a sold out show of 15,000 plus, along with National Acts, BOSTON, REO SPEED WAGON, STYX, 38 SPECIAL, EDGAR WINTER, AND STEPPEN WOLF and much more.
