DEAN TORRENCE - BIO
Dean Torrence was the co-founder, co-lead singer, and co-writer of the hit surf duo, JAN & DEAN. Dean first teamed up with Jan Berry in the 1950's while they both attended High School in West Los Angeles. The duo went on to score a huge string of hit songs beginning in 1959 until Jan's horrible car crash in 1966. Since Jan's untimely death occurred in 2004, Dean has kept their music alive and brings the Greatest Hits of JAN & DEAN "Live"
