VOODOO LOUNGE BIO

"Voodoo Lounge -- you really have to see it for yourself to believe it."
"These guys, all veterans of the music scene, bring a lot to the table already. What isn't there when they take the stage is a note-by-note cop-cat rendition of the Rolling Stones. Sure, Mick Furlo throws on a Keith Richards look, and Nigel Silverthorn busts moves worthy of a Mick Jagger. But it's more swagger than Jagger, and they're surrounded by others -- Joey Ortega, Bobby Goodard, Stephanie Noel Howland, Yankster and Jeff Wiles -- who make it musically tight.Performing all the hits past & present in full costume nothing is missed from the super licks of Keith, Mick's infamous rooster! " to Ronnie Wood/Mick Taylor's Classic solos! This band truly knows what it takes to deliver a first class high octane show."
"Saw the first set of Voodoo Lounge a cooler than cool Stones tribute act. they had the singer looking like mick and the guitarist like keith and they were acting like one another doing some funny banter. The guys sounded real real good. And (nice touch), the band is called Voodoo Lounge and opened with Not Fade Away, just like the real band did on the Voodoo Lounge tour. These guys are definitely my fave tribute band"
